While I have intended for the stories behind most of these songs to add to the experience, “Carpe Diem, Carpie,” I believe, speaks for itself. Thanks must go to my Walla Walla hosts Chris and Emily for their help—Chris for having a “Carpe Diem” coffee mug, and Emily for her zoological terminology (not to say that 'ichthyology' isn’t part of my operating history-student vocabulary...).
